The Challenge
As a company with many strings to its bow and clients under its belt, Positive People HR understood the importance of accurately tracking time spent on every client project. However, their problem was finding a way to do this efficiently.
For many years, they relied on manually recording billable hours into individual spreadsheets, which in turn created new problems. On occasion, human error affected the accuracy of the data recorded, and the limited nature of a spreadsheet made it difficult to present this data back to the client.
The Solution
